Olsson’s x Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin Salt is a unique collaboration between Olsson’s Salt, Australia’s oldest family-owned sea salt maker, and Four Pillars Gin. This distinctive seasoning combines Four Pillars’ spent Rare Dry Gin botanicals with Olsson’s Marine Mineral Grey Salt to create a deliciously aromatic salt with a wonderful depth of flavour.

The spent gin botanicals are carefully dehydrated before being blended with the natural grey salt. The result is a versatile gourmet seasoning that brings the character of gin botanicals and natural sea salt to a wide range of dishes.
