Some products are supplied and dispatched directly by our Australian suppliers or distribution partners. As a result, products within the same order may occasionally be delivered separately.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Wide Bay Products is not currently registered for GST and does not charge GST on customer orders.
Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or website errors.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• A product is unavailable or out of stock.
• An incorrect price or product information has been displayed.
• Payment cannot be successfully processed.
• We are unable to deliver the product to the supplied delivery address.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders will generally not be processed for dispatch until payment has been successfully authorised or received.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Wide Bay Products currently delivers within Australia only.
Available shipping methods, charges and delivery eligibility are determined during checkout based on the products ordered and the customer’s delivery location.
Some products may qualify for free shipping while other products or orders may incur a delivery charge.
Certain larger or supplier-direct products cannot be delivered to some remote Australian locations. Where a product is subject to a remote-area delivery restriction, checkout may prevent delivery to an affected postcode.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the product, supplier, carrier and delivery destination.

7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@widebayproducts.com.au. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.
Additional charges may apply where a parcel needs to be redirected or redelivered due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.
8. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
